Yes ! I have seen it & I have 2 of them. Work Lights that is. It has a built in off/on switch c/w 18 ft pull out cord with a handle for rewinding. The light it self even has a magnetic base.
Most of the older GM. pickups had them. (late 80's to mid 90's ) You will find them attached to the passenger side inner fender. I have a few pics, but still waiting for them to upload to Photo bucket. They are available through GM. Part # 15990293 @ $78.98. Attached to the pics it says that Stewart Warner has them for $18 bucks (new). I'll post the pics if they ever go to P/B. What do you think?? Good idea
