english - french translation
«
on:

Is there anyone here that can help me with communicating with a french speaking guy from quebec. He has a nice 4-53 Detroit engine for sale that i need for my Clark wheel loader. I've tried using bablefish to translate, but I don't think it is translating making much sence.
Thanks

Davey... I called our local library & told him of the problem you are encountering. After telling him you tried bablefish he told me to go to google page & right above google you'll see the black bar that is accross the screen with search, maps, doucments, & at the end it says

. Click on it. Click on translate. See the box ?? Type in your message, right on top of that box you change the
From: Detect; language, To whatever language you want & hit
TRANSLATE
. Then this should show your message in french. Copy & paste to your email & send. He also said to include a note saying that you are using a translator thingy. When you get a message back just put it in this & translate back... Hope this helps. A man as smart as you will get er' done....

OT, the google translator seems more accurate than the bablefish translator. Thanks for that. Mostly in how the sentences are constructed. They both still have to interpret the meaning of what you're trying to convey, but when I translated the message back into English on bablefish, I didn't know what I was trying to say. I sent another message to him using the google translator, so maybe it'll work for me now.
