Welcome to the forum. You came to the right site to learn about your machine. What area do you come from ? If you need parts you should list them in the wanted section on here.

In 1951 the 18 passenger machine is listed as a C model and the B model was a 12 passenger. Was there a model change between 1948 and 1951?  There should be a identification plate on the firewall in the engine compartment. In any event it is rare to find a woodie that old in great condition, Congratulations!

Excellent to see another bomber coming back to life. My 58 wide gauge comes from your community. It started its first service life for the Davidson School Division. Many of them from around home have the same background history. Good luck, enjoy the snow.
