Factory power steering

Hello all,

For those with factory power steering bombardiers, do you guys know the pressure setting is at for the cylinder up front? My 75 bomber had a different pump installed and seems to be too much pressure for the cylinder and want to lower the pressure of the pump to work properly

Hi,
I have been told by pump rebuilders that the out put of a Chrysler Power Steering pump was around 1000PSI. It is hard to get specs out of the manufactures. About the only way to get reliable information is to do it yourself. Are you having a blowing seal issue or ?
You could always fab up a pressure relief system>

Hi there all,

I was able to get a power steering pressure reducing kit from summit racing and seem to have solved the problem, and steering works perfectly now. Here is the kit I ordered online and can be found on Amazon.ca as well.
