Yes gear vendors  is a gear splitter so the rear end Ratio stays the same and it splits your tranny gears up for a more usable torque band  and fuel economy.I would essentally turn your 3 speed to a 6 speed tranny.

There is a product that dose a similar thing called gearvendors they bolt to the transmission and split the gears for you, so every gear essentally has an overdrive. The only drawback is its like $3000!

this idea would give you more gear ratios for bombers with less hp, but 400 horses will pull pretty much anything!

I ran a cable with 4 #12awg , 1 #8 awg  and 2 #10awg    I used the #10 awg for ign power and start solinoid, the #8 awg for acc power ran through the ammeter then to a fuse box and the #12awg from  gauges to senders and  rear lights.  gauge draw is minimal so I powered the gauge itself from ign  and the gauge lights from lights.

You only have to replace the half of the swingarm with the spindle on it. the bearings for the solids are much larger.

i have driven my friends for 3 seasons now  and havent had a problem, his dosent have anything, the amount of heat in the engine bay  keeps all the snow melted and water dry,if you cut a trail and shut your machine down right away  or it wasent warm  the ice could build, there are  more than 10 machines that i know of that are built like this with no problems of build up.the hole allows the engine bay to breath better .
