Good to know that the sprockets can be flipped over and will work, so your good for sprockets O.T. , or do you still need one?

yeah, i forget if they stick out too much or they sit too far in, in your pic you have the alum one on backwards (inside out) maybe it will work that way??  measure from the outside of the sprocket to where the U-bolt goes threw the deff, should be the same on both sides.

can you use the alum. sprocket on your narrow?? i got a set from a wide woody and tried to put them on mine, but they didn't line up with the tires, so had to put the cast ones back on.

Very hard to find around here too, OT. Your best bet might be to get a more common one cut to fit your bomber, thats what i'll be getting done sometime this summer i hope.

Got new complete tracks last year (belts and cleats) close to $4200.00, not cheap.

If belts or over lapped, they have to be put on the right way so they don't thump. The best way i can describe it is, with the splice on the top of the tires, the belt end pointing towards the front of the bomber has to be on top and the end pointing to the back has to be on the bottom.

Went looking for tires yesterday and it seems that only one company makes them now, the reason for the price doubling in the last 3 years. (4.50X16 six ply) So around $200.00 is going to be the norm unless old stock can be found i was told. So I think maybe motorcycle tires might be the way to go. Was just checking online and can get six ply motorcycle tires for $63.95 at Wheelsport canada in b.c.

Yeah been fishing all winter. Have to get back at it soon. No plywood around here though, have to go to Wpg or Yorkton Sask. for that.

Are you tracks tight enough? One of the main reasons for cleats breaking is the tracks are too loose and they wrap in the sprocket when you start moving.

O.T.  The bushings are 5/8X1X1 1/4. part no. 3872108.  you can see them on the princess auto web site. I was thinking of using a grease needle to give it a few shots once in awhile.
