i had to go to this website to get a rear crank seal

my local parts supplier could only get the 2 piece bolt on seal
i needed a 2 piece neoprene seal that looks like a small bock chevy rear
seal

wel i ordered the kit off ebay ,with a better picture it is the same gasket as mine and the only one he had. I looked up the napa part  #2-5066A and it's different   mrt

Last week i took the carb off my 67 j5 and took it Napa and to Bumper to Bumper both looked it up and called winnipeg no kit to be had. The motor is the flat head 6 the carb is a single barrel the tag is C165    E7D4 made by ball+ball for Carter for Chrysler. I called Holmes carb rebuilding in winnipeg {204 786 6658} they found a 40 year old zip kit #902-322 part number but could not cross it over. So for now i guess i'll have to make up a gasket and put it back on.    MRT
